Payment Methods

The transactions that are performed on our website are secured. All information that is exchanged for the execution of the payment is encrypted via the SSL protocol. This information can not be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are also not kept in our computer systems.


Anyone with a Dutch bank account can use this payment method. With iDEAL you immediately pay with your own bank when you place an order. You settle in your trusted payment environment or app according to the specific security methods of your own bank.

Bancontact / MrCash

With Bancontact / Mister Cash you pay safely and quickly online. Choose this payment method, enter your card number and expiration date and you will be automatically directed to the trusted site of your bank. Here you will be asked to check the amount and to log in via the on-line security module that you received from your bank.


Anyone with a German bank account can use this payment method. With Sofort you pay immediately with your own bank when you place an order. You settle in your trusted payment environment or app according to the specific security methods of your own bank.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

Through our secure SSL procedure you can safely enter your credit card details. Together with your credit card organization, we ensure correct processing. Once you have placed your order, the amount to be paid will be charged on your credit card.


You have the possibility to pay afterwards with Afterpay / Billink. After Payment is a safe and easy way of shopping online. You never need to enter bank or credit card details and you only pay after the order has been delivered.

SEPA authorization

Do you have a subscription and have you issued a valid SEPA authorization? Then the option to pay via SEPA authorization automatically appears in the payment module after you have logged in.


Your package is always delivered. Currently the average delivery time is 3 days.

When you place an order with us, it will usually be sent within 5 working days, usually a little earlier.

You as a customer are entitled to a proper product. If you have not received a product in good condition or not at all, we will send you a new product for free.

Pay attention!

This is a time indication, not a binding term. In the exceptional case that delivery takes a little longer you will be notified.

You must check that all is correct when you receive your order. If this is not the case, then you should contact our support department immediately, and we will help you as soon as possible.

When do I receive my order?

As soon as we receive an order, our employees immediately start working. Our products always state the delivery time. Normally this takes a maximum of 5 working days. If there is a lot of interest then it can take a bit longer. If this is the case, we will indicate this in time on the product page so you will not be surprised.

Can I still change the delivery address?

That is possible, unless we have already sent your order. Feel free to contact us, we will see if we can adjust it.

Can I pick up my order?

Orders can also be picked up at one of the post offices. You can indicate this during the order.



If your product didn’t arrive in the state it should be, please contact us and we will send a replacement immediately.


We stand as far as possible behind our sales that we offer a 14 day 100% problem-free reimbursement policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product and we will return the money immediately.

Shipping costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are not refunded.

If you send an item of more than Ä 50, you may consider buying a shipping insurance and using a shipping service that is traceable.

Upon your return, we ALWAYS need the following information:
1) Ordernumber
2) Full name
3) Your address
4) Your email address
5) Your bank account number

Without this information we can not process your return.
